Cali & Jonathan’s Romantic Rockledge Engagement Session

We had a killer combination for this beautiful engagement session just outside of Dallas. Who knew this was here? We had gorgeous light, ledges full of red, warm sun, beautiful water and a sweet couple. Meet Jonathan and Cali. They are getting married this year at The Windsor at Hebron Park. Cali mentioned a canoe and this sweet spot for their session. I was on board. I couldn’t get over how gorgeous this place was when I got there. The canoe was a little bit a happy accident. A sweet couple celebrating their 1st anniversary rowed onto the beach and got out of the canoe. Cali’s sister, Melissa made it happen with a quick request to let us board it for some amazing portraits. Jonathan was fully committed to the canoe shots … so much that he went shin deep into the water with his shoes ON to get it off the shore. For the second outfit Cali, slipped into some white shorts and a stunning kimono. My jaw hit the floor when I saw the movement in this piece. The wind blew the delicate fabric and I was in love.
