Rachel and Ethan’s wedding was Saturday and I am so excited to share these gorgeous bridal portraits with you. They were married at Fort Washita, a historic fort in Oklahoma. We photographed a portion of their engagement session there back in November with a couple more stops along the way. These two lovebirds have a lot of history (both family and together) in Durant, Oklahoma. Durant is much like the town I grew up in (before moving back to Dallas, Texas)…small, rich in history and most of the older buildings are still in use. For her bridal portraits we visited Wildwood Ranch on a beautiful spring day and took full advantage of the gorgeous outdoors and natural light. Elisa Griffith did her flawless makeup. Rachel’s stunning, timeless, romantic dress complete with beautiful lace details was from Allure Bridals. We were so happy for this sweet couple and so excited to be a part of the entire wedding process from the engagement session to the wedding. Rachel looked stunning on the wedding day and I added a little extra sneak peek at the end of this bridal blog post for you to feast your eyes on. Stay tuned for their beautiful wedding…you won’t want to miss it. Be sure to join us on Facebook for all of the sneak peek action!
Here is one sneak peek from their gorgeous wedding. They had a vintage fully-restored Model-A Ford from 1928. It was a perfect opportunity for pictures when I saw the sunlight hitting them so perfectly.
