I am so excited to share these bridal portraits. Meredith and Andy‘s Dallas wedding was Highland Park United Methodist Church last month and I can finally show these beauties off to all of you! Meredith’s wedding dress is one of a kind. You can’t walk into a bridal store and take it from the rack, you can’t order it from a catalog or even online. I met with Meredith and her mom and when they talked to me about the wedding dress, I got goosebumps! Literally…. It’s her Mother’s dress. Meredith changed a few things with the alterations, but the sentiment is there and if any of you know me, you know I am a total mush pot sucker for sentiment. They brought her Mother’s bridal portrait to the session and made sure to include it in our session. I love it! They also brought another special friend for me to photograph. This friend walks on four legs, had a cute bow, a bling’d out collar and even their very own doggy stroller. I was a little jealous of this pampered pooch. She did great for pictures. I think she was smiling at me. Meredith ventured into the very gorgeous grass as sunlight wrapped around her and was a trooper. One of her bridesmaids played toss the veil for me and those outtakes were some of my favorite portrait session outtakes to date. The White Rock Boat Club graciously let us in for a few images on the dock where we could get a clear view of the sunset on the water. I just love them and how nice they are every time they see me nearby with my camera and a client. Wishing you both a lifetime of love and laughter and may each day be better than the last!
