Nicole and Cliff‘s Fort Worth Wedding was this May at the Colonial Golf Course and I am super excited to be able to share these gorgeous Dallas, Texas bridals at White Rock Lake with you. To say I was instantly inspired when working with this couple is completely accurate.
I had the absolute pleasure to collaborate with two very very creative minds for this bridal. One, Nicole (the bride), she is a wonderfully talented graphic designer and two, Jen Rios (friend of the bride) who styles all things wedding and even contributes to Groom Sold Separately as a wedding guest writer. I think they are awesome and every single idea they had that came to life was inspiring. Jen and Nicole started to set up for the shoot and I was chomping at the bit. It was like a trip to the candy store. Jen started to stage different vignettes…..to our left, you see a GIANT pink paper flower, to our right you see gold mismatched wooden picture frames hanging from tree branches, and behind they are setting up a beautiful settee from Rent My Dust, oh and for this shoot if you look UP you got to see a vintage plane flying through the air. Not sure if that was planned but it certainly set the mood. You get the idea .. lots of thought and detail went into the planning of this bridal session. I was blown away. They had strings pearls, a gold rotary dial phone, even a vintage book about marriage. The hardest part of this bridal session was narrowing down the images to share on my blog. There were so many fun ones. I really hope you enjoy these as much as we had making them!
See if anyone can guess my thought behind the placement of images for this blog post (leave it in a comment).
