I wanted to share a few images from last night’s TWG Cake Competition at the Magnolia Hotel in Dallas. It was a huge success, the cakes were AMAZING and delicious, the bride’s eyes were wide with excitement and the Magnolia Hotel was a perfect spot for this soiree!
Each competitor was announced after their intro video from the incredibly talented Elle Films. Colby from Astounding Sound announced them as if they were about to play in a collegiate basketball game…music and all! Now, meet these fabulously sweet wedding vendors : Opulent Cakes, Sugar Bee Sweets, Crème de la Crème, Sweet Memories Cakes & Catering, Elegant Cakery, Romano’s Bakery, The Cake Guys, Elena’s Cakes, and The Classic Gourmet. The swanky furniture was perfect and provided by Lilands Special Events. Door prizes and goody bags were spilling over from Robbins Brothers. I was on hand for the Live Registration for the Texas Wedding Guide Cover Model Contest and met several gorgeous brides ready to compete to be on the June cover! It was great and so great to see some familiar faces and meet some new ones 🙂
