It’s been a while since I shared some useful nuggets…

Let’s talk formal portraits. The ones that happen when your slightly younger cousins just found out five minutes before there’s an open bar and now they’ve gone missing. The ones where you see only half of your aunt's face because she didn’t realize she was hidden behind someone.

REAL TALK:: it’s really a 100% accurate scenario & we have seen so many times before. I want to share how I get those to run as smooth possible and help me to be efficient on the wedding day and make more time for authentic moments, details and my favorite :: COUPLE’S PORTRAITS!!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👉 I have my couples complete a worksheet before the wedding with a standard set of formals to select.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👉 designate a point person ... an assertive friend ✨ They can help locate people (or find them if they've gone missing).
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👉 let your guests know beforehand if they are needed for formals.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👉 start with the largest groups and peel away like an onion to get to the smallest of that grouping.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👉 be sure to know how long each grouping will take so you can make sure to budget enough time for couples portraits!
